General Policies
RESERVATIONS – CREDIT CARD – PRE-AUTHORIZATION
To guarantee your reservation, you must provide the details of a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). The card number and expiry date will be verified, and the card must remain valid throughout your stay. A credit card must be presented at check-in for guarantee purposes.
TOURIST TAX
A municipal tax of €4 per person, per night (applicable to guests over 13 years of age), applicable for stays of up to 7 nights, will be charged and is set by the Cascais City Council. Payment must be made at check-in.
IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENT
At check-in, you must present a valid official photo ID or passport. Driver's licenses, residence permits, health cards, or other documents are not accepted.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
If a valid credit card is not available at check-in, a security deposit of €150 per reservation will be required, payable in cash. This amount will be fully refunded in cash after the room has been inspected at check-out.
BILLING
The billing address must be provided to reception by the time of check-out. For businesses, it is mandatory to provide the VAT number.
NON-SMOKING HOTEL
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms and indoor areas. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. Ashtrays are available in outdoor areas, including terraces, balconies, and the pool area.
ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed in the hotel, restaurant, or bar, with the exception of service animals.
